We have developed two air filtration systems: one water-based and one dry. Both provide effective dust control solutions that can be tailored to suit the needs of any workshop.
Dust-laden air generated by machinery used in processing marble, granite, stone, composite materials, ceramics, and cement is drawn in by fans and directed into the respective filtration modules.
Inside the IWater Wall module, a fine water spray captures the dust, causing it to settle and fall into the collection tank below.
Inside the Dry Wall module, a series of sock filters capture the dust and collect it in drawers that can be easily removed and emptied.
Common advantages
Dust control. Improved air quality.
High level of air filtration. Reduced risk of silicosis, protecting the health of operators.
The system is easy to operate and manage. Simplified processes with minimal operator input.
Dry wall advantages
The final waste is solid and collected in easily removable drawers. Simple disposal.
It features an automatic cleaning cycle. Operator involvement is kept to a minimum.
No water is used. Humidity-free environment.
IWater wall advantages
The nebulisation remains contained within the cabin chamber, without wetting the surrounding area. The external environment stays dry.
